This high-tech beehive uses AI-powered precision robotics, cameras and sensors to treat pests, feed bees, prevent swarming, and needs minimal human intervention.
The BeeHome 4 can control temperature and humidity, monitor the health of every bee in the colony, and even apply a non-chemical heating treatment to detect and get rid of pests.
And that’s not all!
This beehive can also autonomously harvest the honey from the frames and collect it in a container, which is capable of holding up to 100 gallons.
Beekeepers can even remotely control their hives and receive real-time alerts about any issues via the startup’s app.
